Arrival
Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. When checking into the hotel, everybody is required to present a valid identity card/passport, as well as a credit card or deposit.
Departure
We request that on your day of departure you vacate the rooms and suites by 11 a.m. We will be pleased to offer you a late check-out service, subject to availability. Please ask our reception team about the options available. In order to avoid waiting times, you can also pay your bill on the evening before your day of departure.

Our breakfast hours are daily from 06:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Ironing and laundry service
We offer a laundry and ironing service. Please contact the reception team for this.

Professional equipment from Technogym is available to you around the clock free of charge.

The train station is approx. 4 km away. If required, we can arrange a transfer for you at an extra charge.

Salzburg Airport is approx. 6 km away. If required, we can arrange a transfer for you at an extra charge.

Due to hygiene reasons pets are not allowed.

Parking area, underground parking garage &
electric vehicle charging station
For parking we charge a daily fee of 5€ per parking space.
On the second basement level of our underground car park, 23 hotel-owned electric charging points, each with a power output of 11–22 kW, are available to our guests. Payment is quick and easy, made directly at the terminal – either using a roaming charging card or via direct payment.

Please note that only a written cancellation can be considered valid. In the event of cancellation, our General Terms and Conditions apply.
24-hour reception service
Our reception service with the possibility of luggage storage, ticket service, sightseeing tour ordering and much more is available around the clock.
